Privacy notice.
Effective October 2, 2026. Script and Poly, LLC., based in Winnetka, Illinois 60093, operates the INTERTWYN website, INTERTWYN.CRM with its correspondence Designer, and the public demo. This notice describes the information these services handle and how to contact us about it.
Information involved
Accounts. When you register or sign in, we use your email address, account identifier, authentication information, and related security events. Amazon Cognito handles account authentication and verification. If additional sign-in providers become available, choosing one also involves that provider.
Workspace content. You decide what to enter into CRM and Designer. This can include names, contact details, company relationships, notes, tasks, calendar entries, correspondence drafts, templates, and files. Some records may describe other people. You are responsible for having a proper basis to add and share their information.
Teams and feedback. Team features use member names, account identifiers, invitation email addresses, roles, shared records, conversations, events, and seat information. Team members can see information shared in their workspace according to the feature and permissions you use. If you submit product feedback, we keep your message and its status so we can review and respond.
Billing. Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, subscriptions, invoices, and tax calculations. We keep the customer and subscription references, billing status, and seat count needed to provide Team access. INTERTWYN does not store full payment card numbers.
Technical information. Hosting and security systems may record requests, IP addresses, browser details, error information, and timestamps needed to operate and protect the service. The app also uses browser storage for sign-in state, workspace caching, and your selected workspace. Clearing that storage may sign you out or remove unsynced local changes.
How we use it
We use this information to create and protect accounts, save and synchronize workspaces, provide Team collaboration, process subscriptions, respond to support and feedback, investigate failures or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not currently use the INTERTWYN website or app for third-party advertising tracking.
Services and disclosures
Amazon Web Services hosts the application and supports identity, databases, storage, and operational logs. Stripe processes CRM Team billing and tax information. These providers receive the information necessary for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. Links to outside services are governed by those services’ own notices.
Browser storage and the demo
Functional browser storage helps keep you signed in and lets the app cache work while it synchronizes with the cloud. The public demo uses fictional examples and keeps your demo changes separate from customer workspaces. Please do not enter real customer information into the demo. You can reset the demo to its sample state.
Retention and security
We keep account, workspace, support, and billing records for the time needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Records in backups may remain for a limited period after active records are removed. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can edit many records in the app and export a workspace backup. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@scriptandpoly.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider information held for other team members, billing, or legal obligations before acting. Your location may give you additional privacy rights.
Children and location
INTERTWYN is intended for business use and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. We operate from the United States; our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
