Terms of service.
Effective October 2, 2026. These terms describe the INTERTWYN website, INTERTWYN.CRM, its correspondence Designer, the public demo, and CRM’s Individual and Team plans offered by Script and Poly, LLC., Winnetka, Illinois 60093. For questions, contact support@scriptandpoly.com.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. You control the records and files you add to your workspace and should have permission to enter and share information about other people. In a Team workspace, invited members can access shared content according to their roles. The Team owner manages paid seats and billing.
Plans and recurring charges
INTERTWYN.CRM has two plans: Individual is free for one person, and CRM Team costs $1.99 USD per paid user each month, with a minimum of two users ($3.98 USD per month), plus applicable tax. The CRM Team subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. The Team owner selects the seat count and reviews the total, including tax, in the secure payment form inside INTERTWYN before paying.
Seat changes may create an immediate prorated charge or billing adjustment. The Team owner can review invoices and payment methods through the payment details page, reached from INTERTWYN’s Plan & billing screen.
Cancellation and refunds
The Team owner can cancel online from Plan & billing at any time. To avoid the next monthly charge, cancel before the next billing date shown in Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling a subscription does not by itself delete an account or its records.
Your content
You keep your rights to content you enter. You allow Script and Poly, LLC. to process that content as needed to run, secure, and support the service you use. Do not enter content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law. You can edit records and export a workspace backup using available app features.
Availability and support
We work to keep INTERTWYN available and secure, but maintenance, outages, and changes can occur. Contact support@scriptandpoly.com about billing, account access, or service problems. The public demo is for evaluation with fictional information; do not use it to store business records.

Our privacy notice explains how we handle information. We may update these terms when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; updated terms will be posted here.
